1. OVERVIEW
This Privacy Policy describes how Bladder Diary ("Application", "App"), developed by Etta LLC ("Service Provider",
"we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile application. This
Policy applies to all users of the Application.
Bladder Diary is a health tracking application that allows users to record urination events, fluid intake, and
symptoms. The App connects to compatible medical devices (uroflowmeters, urine analyzers) and integrates with
Apple Health (iOS) and Google Health Connect (Android) for sleep data.
IMPORTANT: All personal health data is stored LOCALLY on your device only and is never
transmitted to external servers. The only data sent to our servers is support chat messages (voluntarily provided
by you) and device license codes for verification purposes.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect the following types of information through the Application:
2.1 Health Data
User-Entered Health Information:
- Urination Events: Time, volume, frequency, and associated symptoms
- Fluid Intake Data: Drinking events, fluid types, volumes, and timing
- Symptom Records: Urological symptoms, pain levels, and related observations
- Personal Notes: User-entered notes and observations related to urological health
Storage: Local device only. Never transmitted.
2.2 Medical Device Data
- Uroflowmetry Data: Flow rate measurements, voided volume, flow time, and flow patterns
from compatible uroflowmeters
- Urine Analysis Data: Chemical composition, specific gravity, protein levels, and other
analytical measurements from compatible urine analyzers
Storage: Processed and stored locally on device only. Never transmitted.
2.3 Health Platform Data
- Google Health Connect (Android): Sleep duration, sleep stages, bedtime, wake time,
and sleep quality metrics
- Apple Health (iOS): Sleep analysis data including sleep duration, sleep
consistency, and sleep quality measurements
Access: Read-only. Storage: Local device only. Never transmitted.
2.4 Support Chat Data
- User Name: Voluntarily entered by the user when initiating a support conversation
- Messages: Text messages written by the user for support purposes
Storage: Sent to and stored on Etta LLC servers for support purposes only. Not shared with
third parties.
2.5 Licensing Data
- License Codes: Device license codes used for license verification
Storage: Sent to and stored on Etta LLC servers for license verification. No personal data is
included in license requests.
2.6 Technical Data
- Crash Reports: Anonymous crash reports collected via Firebase Crashlytics
- Device Performance Data: Anonymous data related to app functionality
Storage: Anonymous, aggregated data processed by Firebase Crashlytics.

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY
4.1 Local Storage
- Primary Storage: All personal and health data is stored locally on your device
- Encryption: Data is protected using device-level encryption
- Access Control: Data is accessible only through the Application on your device
4.2 Server Storage
- Support Chat: User name and messages are stored on Etta LLC servers, protected by
industry-standard security measures
- License Codes: Device license codes are stored on Etta LLC servers for verification
purposes
4.3 What We Do NOT Store on External Servers
- Any health or medical data
- Diary entries or user-generated health content
- Data from medical devices
- Sleep data from health platforms
- Personal identification information (beyond voluntarily provided support chat name)
5. DATA TRANSMISSION
5.1 What IS Transmitted
- Support Chat Data: User name and messages are sent to Etta LLC servers when the user
voluntarily initiates a support conversation
- License Codes: Device license codes are sent to Etta LLC servers for license
verification
- Crash Reports: Anonymous crash data is sent to Firebase Crashlytics
5.2 What Is NOT Transmitted
- Personal health information (urination events, fluid intake, symptoms)
- Medical device data (uroflowmetry, urine analysis results)
- Sleep data from health platforms
- Personal diary entries and notes
5.3 User-Controlled Data Export
- PDF Export: Users can export their data as PDF reports
- Sharing Control: Only users can share their exported data with healthcare providers or
others
- No Automatic Sharing: The Application never shares health data without explicit user
action
6. HEALTH PLATFORM INTEGRATION
6.1 Google Health Connect (Android)
- Permission Required: App requests read-only access to sleep data
- Data Retrieved: Sleep duration, sleep stages, bedtime, wake time
- Usage: Data is used only for correlation with urological patterns
- Storage: Sleep data is stored locally on device only
- Transmission: No sleep data is transmitted to external servers
6.2 Apple Health (iOS)
- Permission Required: App requests read-only access to sleep analysis data

7. MEDICAL DEVICE INTEGRATION
The Application integrates with medical devices to enhance diary functionality:
7.1 Uroflowmeters
- Data Collected: Flow rate, voided volume, flow time, maximum flow rate
- Processing: Data is processed locally within the Application
- Integration: Results are added to the user's personal diary
- Transmission: No device data is transmitted to external servers
7.2 Urine Analyzers
- Data Collected: Chemical composition, specific gravity, protein levels
- Processing: Analysis results are processed locally within the Application
- Integration: Results are added to the user's personal diary
- Transmission: No analyzer data is transmitted to external servers
8. SUPPORT CHAT
The Application includes an in-app support chat feature:
- Voluntary: Users choose to provide their name and write messages when seeking support
- Data Sent: User name and message content are transmitted to Etta LLC servers
- Purpose: Solely for providing customer support and responding to user inquiries
- Third Parties: Support chat data is not shared with any third parties
- No Health Data: The support chat does not automatically include any health or diary data
9. DEVICE LICENSING
The Application supports license verification for connected medical devices:
- Data Sent: Device license codes are sent to Etta LLC servers
- Purpose: Solely for verifying the validity of device licenses
- No Personal Data: License verification requests do not include any personal or health
data
- Storage: License codes are stored on Etta LLC servers for ongoing verification
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Application uses the following third-party service for technical functionality:
Note: Firebase Crashlytics collects anonymous technical data (crash reports, device information)
but does not have access to any personal or health data stored in the Application.
11. USER RIGHTS AND CONTROL
11.1 Data Ownership
- Users retain full ownership of all health and personal data
- All health data remains under the user's complete control on their device
- Users can access, modify, or delete their data at any time
11.2 Permission Management
- Users can revoke health platform permissions through device settings
- Users can disable medical device integration at any time
- Users can control data export and sharing
11.3 Data Deletion
- Users can delete individual diary entries
- Users can delete all data through app settings
- All local data is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled

12. DATA RETENTION
12.1 Local Data
- Retention Period: Data is retained as long as the user keeps the Application installed
- Automatic Deletion: All local data is automatically deleted when the Application is
uninstalled
- User Control: Users can delete specific entries or all data at any time
12.2 Server Data
- Support Chat: Retained for as long as necessary to provide support services. Users may
request deletion by contacting us
- License Codes: Retained for as long as the associated license is active
- Crash Reports: Retained in anonymous, aggregated form by Firebase Crashlytics per their
retention policies
13. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Application is designed for adult users aged 18 and older who are managing their urological health. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your
child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us immediately at
INFO@ETTAGROUP.RU, and we will take steps to remove such information.
14. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
All personal health data is stored locally on your device, so no international transfers of health data occur.
Support chat data and license codes are processed on Etta LLC servers. Anonymous crash report data may be
processed by Firebase Crashlytics on servers located outside your country of residence, in accordance with
Google's data processing policies.
15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through:
- In-app notifications
- Updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy
Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

- The integration with medical devices (with your explicit permission)
- The local storage of all personal and health data on your device
- The transmission of support chat data to Etta LLC servers when you voluntarily use the support feature
- The transmission of license codes to Etta LLC servers for device license verification
- The collection of anonymous crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics
SUMMARY: Bladder Diary stores all personal health data locally on your device. We do not transmit or
share any health data with external servers or third parties. The only data sent to our servers is support chat
messages (voluntarily provided by you) and device license codes for verification. Anonymous crash reports are
collected via Firebase Crashlytics. You retain full control over your data and can delete it at any time.
